Rang Jay to come and look at why my boiler was making a sound like a jet taking off. He came and informed me that the heat exchanger was at fault but because of the age of the boiler ( approx 25 years old) we would need a new one . Jay and John came this Tuesday and spent all day fitting it. They were very professional in every way will recommend to anybody who needs a plumber or heating engineer.

Two members of the Taylor Gas team came out at (thankfully) very short notice and provided an absolutely superb service. Not only did they diagnose the longstanding problem with my fireplace (after two other unsuccessful and expensive visits from other gas companies) they cleaned and made the fireplace look as good as new. They were extremely lovely and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Two well organised and fully equipped plumbers arrived in the time frame they agreed and did a brilliant job that was a lot more complicated than anticipated - they were honest and warned us about the possibilities of damage but did the job perfectly and the cost was more than reasonable! Excellent service, brilliant job! And now we finally have a reliable plumbing service for the future!

Called Taylor Gas Services (Leeds) to quote for installing a new boiler. Jay explained all the options which were available and advised on what would be best. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better, more professional services. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding.
